Brian and Brenda Warrick started Talent Construction in 2010. Their dream is to lead a business that honors God by honoring people. Their heart is to see the Kingdom of God lived out in an industry that can be dicey. They imagine a business that does high quality work at a reasonable price, and just as importantly, treats people with kindness and honesty.
New Life Church
Aaron and Melissa Fleming founded New Life Church over a decade ago in rural Iowa. New Life is a Jesus-focused, fun, low-pressure, multigenerational community. Their passion is to plant Jesus honoring, deeply relational churches in places most people don’t want to go.
5 Lights Ministry
Since becoming part of GRG we have had a great deal of support and connection with the GRG team and others that are connected with GRG. We have been given resources and support to help us be better leaders, better organization and a better team. We have gained knowledge and language to help navigate through the victories and roadblocks that we are dealing with now and those yet to be seen.
The biggest thing GRG has given us is a belief that we are not alone. That we have a bigger family that believes in us, wants us to be successful, healthy, and wants us to know we aren’t crazy!
Brad Dorethy
Brad is an entrepreneur and owns a few businesses. He focuses specifically on construction and has a background in ministry as well. He is married to Natalie, has four kids, & loves to have fun.

Grace Word is non-denominational church in Wylie, Texas led by Jeff and Adrienne Brown. They have a passion for God’s word and seeing people grow into their purpose in Christ.
Cowboys With A Mission
Keith and Susan have mentored Sherri and I for many years. I would say they have had the single greatest impact on our lives, marriage and ministry as any two individuals. When we became directors at Cowboys with a Mission in 2012, we knew GRG and these people would be important to our health and longevity in ministry. Investment from strong leaders that care deeply, not only for us as leaders but our staff and our ministry is something we have received from the GRG family. We are able to do what we do today, because of this powerful relationship we have. I thank Christ daily for this group of people.
Ten Thousand Homes
Ten Thousand Homes is a non-profit organization bringing shelter, nutrition, and educational opportunities to the most vulnerable of the developing world. What started with one family needing shelter in 2005 led to thousands, in 8 different countries, receiving essential life-giving services. Ten Thousand Homes is committed to transformative and empowering work. With this value along with these basic essential services we believe we are building so much more than houses, we are building futures.
Alicia Tubbs
Alicia is a full time professional artist living in Plano, TX. She’s been relationally connected to GRG since its inception and has invested in many of our partners. She served on the GRG Leadership Team for several years and is an amazing blessing to our entire community. We are so grateful to have her and her art in the family.
Whitewater Ministries
Whitewater Ministries gives leadership investment to Pastors. Ned Berube has over 30 years of experience as a Pastor and leader. He brings a wealth of experience, knowledge, theological insight and practical teaching for Pastors who may need some help with leadership, relationships or who just need some encouragement in their lives. More than anything, Ned loves Pastors and feels a call to help them any way he can.
Thrive Church
Thrive Church is a beautiful expression of what God is doing through micro-churches around the world—establishing a safe space for families to raise their children in the values of the Kingdom within the context of deep community and long term relationships while keeping an eye out for those around them who need life in Jesus.
Serenity Consulting and Accounting
Debbie and Daleane started their business from scratch. Through many challenges, this mother-daughter team, have persevered and established, not only a solid reputation in their community, but also a deep commitment to operating with the utmost integrity with their employees and clients.
ERC Church
Sthembiso and Thuli Nkambule lead the ERC church in Mbonseswani, South Africa. They are known for their joy, generosity, and creativity. When people come to ERC they are welcomed with open arms and invited into a family of love and longterm relationships.
YWAM Cluj, Romania
Youth With A Mission Cluj is a community dedicated to training and equipping Romanians and other people of the world to know God intimately and to make Him known throughout the world. We have been working to live out this Mission Statement since 1994, and continue to do this through hosting international teams, running youth camps, and starting a church. We are dedicated to cultivating a Kingdom culture in every area of our lives, but specifically through worship and the prophetic.
Jeff & Meagan Card
Jeff & Meagan Card are entrepreneurs based in the Dallas / Fort Worth area. Their current investments involve commercial real estate, restaurants, and a marketing company. Their current ventures are based on a dedication and focus on building places for connection and relationships in the communities that they serve. Jeff & Meagan recently celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary and are parents to four children.
Rivergate
Rivergate is a fellowship in Bryan/College Station, TX committed to engaging the presence of God in every area of their lives. Their property is designed not just to hold worship services but to equip people to experience Jesus and his freedom like never before.
How This Works
Partnering with GRG
We accomplish this in the following primary ways:
- Ongoing relational connection with the point leader and his/her team
- A monthly phone call with the point leader and spouse if applicable
- Consistent prayer for and with these leaders and their teams
- Leadership coaching on topics like personal growth, organizational health, organizational growth, team building, vision casting, fundraising, structures, recruiting, problem solving, etc.
- Onsite investment visit 1 time per year from an GRG Leadership Team member
- Annual leadership gathering for relational connections, cross pollination, investment, inspiration, and developing peer relationships
- Opportunities for trips to other locations for exposure and investment
- Point Leader and Core Team attend the GRG Leadership Weekend
- Commit to monthly giving to GRG (a percentage of organizations non-designated funds for non-profits or monthly fee for business)
- Point Leader tithes to GRG
- Point Leader commits to engage personal growth and engage leadership coaching provided by GRG
- Pray and seek God for confirmation about this decision
- Fill out the application form
- Watch GRG information videos and answer questions at the end
- You and your team will be interviewed by a GRG Apostolic Team member
- The GRG Apostolic Team will process, pray, and let you know if your application has been confirmed. Some of them may want to meet with you during this step.
- Sign the GRG Agreement
- Your GRG partnership will be confirmed and celebrated at the next GRG Gathering
